Cancellation Policy

Please give 48 hour notice when cancelling an appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours there will be a fee of  50% of the services booked, this fee must be paid before re-booking any future appointments. If you need to cancel an appointment please TEXT  your name and appointment day and time to: #703-463-7773. 

Deposit                                                                                                                  Daisy’s Salon requires a $150 deposit for all new guests booking keratin treatments and hair coloring services. This $150 will be taken off of your service the day of your booking. If your appointment is a No-Show or you cancel within 24hours it does become non-refundable.

Pricing
The service prices displayed on this website are the minimum starting prices. Actual fees charge can vary depending upon the individual service specialist. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Cards
You can use your gift card for purchases at Daisy’s A Salon and Body Boutique.  Your card cannot be exchanged for cash.  You may check the actual dollar value of your card at Daisy’s A Salon and Body Boutique.  Please treat your card like cash because if this card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced.  Card must be present at time of use.
Card expires 4 years after date of purchase.  The date of purchase can be confirmed with Daisy’s A Salon and Body Boutique with the card number located on the back of your gift card. Gift cards are non refundable.

Daisy Cash
All Daisy Cash donations are to be used by the expiration date written on the card. If no expiration date is written, the certificate expires December 31st of the year it was issued OR March 31st of the following year if issued in the months of November and December.

Return Policy
All products must be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit. Hard tools are final sale.

Gratuities                                                                                                                Prices do not include gratuities, but tips are appreciated as a reward for superior service. Gratuities may be added to credit card charges.

Your Satisfaction
Our staff works as a team to guarantee your complete satisfaction,  please let us know if there is ever anything we can do to make your visit more relaxing. If you have had a service and are unsatisfied for any reason we ask that you let us know within 7 days of your service. We are happy to arrange for you to come back in the salon to ensure you love your hair. If within 7 days from your appointment you have declined or not accepted our offer to come in, if any other services are needed you will be charged regular price. We do not offer refunds on services.

Late arrivals
We do our best not to keep our guests waiting. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but as a courtesy to other guests, our ability to fit you in is not guaranteed.

Children
For the safety of your children and the relaxation of others, please leave the little ones at home.  When visiting the salon please only bring children if they are receiving a service.
